An active body is a healthy body. Whether we are doing daily exercise, a balloon toss or taking a light walk around the property, members are encouraged to move their bodies however they are able. Mindful activities to stimulate cognitive awareness and function are part of our daily routine. Our compassionate staff are trained to meet the individual needs of our members.
